So one day I just wanted to start making jewelry. I have never taken a class, just picked it up from trial and error. I'm starting up a website soon so be on the lookout for an update:

Roasted Asparagus
This is my absolute favorite to make. Its quick, easy and makes the kitchen smell delicious.
Roasted Asparagus
Items needed:
1 bundle of Asparagus
Salt/Pepper
Olive Oil
Garlic
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
1. Cover flat baking sheet with aluminum foil and lay out asparagus on sheet
2. Chop up 3 cloves of garlic ( I like to put a lot of garlic, you can put 1 or 2 cloves if you don't like a lot of garlic)
3. Take garlic and distribute evenly over the asparagus
4. Drizzle olive oil all over - the more the better (don't drench it)
5. Add salt/pepper
6. With your hands scoop up asparagus and make sure the olive oil, salt/pepper and garlic are all distributed evenly
7. Put in oven for 10-12 minutes. Make sure you keep and eye on it so it does not burn!
